By using the Foglal app you agree to these Terms. Foglal is operated by K M X Labs for Software Publishing (Doha, Qatar).

1. Description of service

Foglal is a platform that connects customers with women's beauty salons in Qatar to browse services and book appointments. The salon is the actual service provider; Foglal only facilitates the booking.

2. Eligibility and account

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure.
• Sign-in is via your phone number and a verification code, or via email and password.

3. Bookings

When you book, you send a request that the salon confirms. Available times reflect the salon's and staff's schedules. You are responsible for the accuracy of your booking details.

4. Cancellations and no-shows

Cancellations and no-shows are subject to the salon's policy and our Refund Policy. Please cancel early so the slot can be offered to others.

5. Payments

When online payment is enabled, payments are processed through MyFatoorah in Qatari Riyal (QAR). Prices are shown in the app before you confirm.

6. User conduct

You may not use the platform for any unlawful or abusive purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

7. Salon obligations

Participating salons must provide accurate service, price and time information, honour confirmed bookings, and comply with applicable laws in the State of Qatar.

8. Intellectual property

All rights in the "Foglal" brand and the app's content belong to the platform operator.

9. Disclaimer

Foglal is an intermediary platform and is not responsible for the quality of services provided by salons. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
